I try to minimise the use of plastics as much as possible. These bath bombs are wrapped in an environmentally friendly wrapper. which is suitable for home composting. If you don't have a home compost heap place the wrapper in household waste where it will biodegrade harmlessly. The wrapper should not be added to the recycling as it does not contain any plastic.

Outer packaging (postal packaging) will consist of a cardboard box or recyclable padded envelope In addition it is likely that your soap will be protected by some sort of filler between the soap and the outside packaging. This filler will be one of two things:

Environmentally friendly 'Ecofill' which is starch-based, compostable and 100% biodegradable or

Clean recycled packaging. If you receive a package containing bubble wrap or something similar this will be packaging that I have recycled to reuse rather than sending to landfill. I never buy and use plastic packaging for my products.
