This set contains the mittens extruder discs and a stitches impression mat.
 
The set is perfect for those winter soaps. The extruder set has two discs, the main mitten shape and a separate cuff, to allow you to make your mittens in two colours.
The impression mat is a small mat to be used to create the knitting pattern on your woolly embeds.  Please note, this is not a large mat to be used to line the inside of a mould , the mat is approximately 9cm x 5cm
 
The extruder discs can be used to make long embeds to go inside your soap, or small embeds to decorate the top of your soap. They are only suitable for use with soap dough, not suitable for melt and pour soap.
 
Please select your disc size from the drop down menu. 23mm discs generally fit the FIMO extruders, if you have a Willow Hollow EXTENDER (not the extruder that uses 18mm) you will need 24mm discs.  Please check your disc size before ordering (if you need a different size, just let me know)
 
There is a special postage rate available when buying scrapers and/or extruder discs only, as they can be sent 'large letter' size. Please select this option at the checkout. This postage option cannot be used if your order contains anything other than scrapers and extruder discs.
 
The discs are made from PLA, therefore they are thicker than the metal discs (2.5mm thick) but very strong.
 
These extruder discs will last you for many uses and help you create many beautiful soaps as long as you take care of them.

After use, wipe with a cloth to remove excess soap batter. I always find the discs easier to clean if you wipe and wash them soon after using.
Wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry.
Your scrapers are made from PLA which is a temperature-sensitive thermoplastic polymer derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane. PLA will start to deform and melt at around 60°C (140°F), please ensure your washing water is below this temperature
and never put your extruder discs in the dishwasher
