Dinosaurs Large Extruder

These extruder discs are for the large extruder gun which you can find here.

The dinosaurs are not made to scale, for example a velociraptor is a lot smaller than a brontosaurus, the discs have been made to accomodate each dinosaur in the best way. Each dinosaur is available in 2 sizes (large and small) the size of the embedproduced from the discs is as follows:

Large Dinosaurs:

T Rex 3.5cm high 3.1 cm wide

Brontosaurus 2.5cm high 4.2 cm wide

Velociraptor 3cm high 3.7 cm wide

Pterodactyl 2cm high 4cm wide

Triceratops  2.4cm high 4.2cm wide

Stegosaurus 2.1cm high 4.1cm wide

Pterodactyl 1.7cm high 2.6cm wide

Triceratops  1.7cm high 2.8cm wide

Stegosaurus 1.5cm high 2.9cm wide

These discs are also available in the 23mm and 24mm ranges which will give a smaller embed size if required.

These discs will fit other large extruders, please just check the size if you have a different extruder. The diameter of the disc is 57mm.

The discs are only suitable for use with soap dough, not suitable for melt and pour soap.

There is a special postage rate available when buying scrapers and/or extruder discs only, as they can be sent 'large letter' size. Please select this option at the checkout. This postage option cannot be used if your order contains anything other than scrapers and extruder discs.

The discs are made from PLA, which is a plant-based material, and therefore environmentally friendly

These extruder discs will last you for many uses and help you create many beautiful soaps as long as you take care of them.

After use, wipe with a cloth to remove excess soap batter. I always find the discs easier to clean if you wipe and wash them soon after using.
Wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry.

Your scrapers are made from PLA which is a temperature-sensitive thermoplastic polymer derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane. PLA will start to deform and melt at around 60°C (140°F), please ensure your washing water is below this temperature
and never put your extruder discs in the dishwasher
